The original, organised by @chook_scratch, is making its way to Southport this Sunday, with this edition being taken over by @the_demon_from_mars.
If you’ve been looking for a relaxed afternoon to make art, meet creative people and work on your own projects, this is the perfect opportunity.

Bring a sketchbook, painting, collage, zine or whatever you’re working on—or simply turn up and use the materials provided.

U4IA is bringing the Creative Market to Full Plate Vol. 2 at The Balcony Coolangatta. Browse local artists, makers and small businesses from 2:30pm–6:00pm before an incredible lineup of live music, all in support of For Kids In Care. Interested in future markets? ETHAN FRANK EXHIBITION
U4IA and Gritty Garms present a solo exhibition by prolific contemporary artist Ethan Frank. Experience a new collection of original artworks, exclusive merchandise, stickers and zines at the opening night on Thursday 23 July, 4–7pm. Join us to meet the artist and celebrate independent creative culture.
MOVE BOUNCE GROOVE EVENT
U4IA is proud to partner with Move. Bounce. Groove., a 360° electronic music experience celebrating underground dance culture through House, Electro, Breaks and Bass. Bringing together music lovers, creatives and the wider community, the event offers an intimate night of connection, movement and sound on the Gold Coast.
Trees Group Show
U4IA Exhibitions presents Trees, a group exhibition exploring our connection to the natural world through painting, printmaking, sculpture and mixed media works. Featuring a diverse lineup of local artists, the exhibition celebrates the beauty, resilience and importance of trees while supporting the conservation and regeneration efforts of North East Albert Landcare.
MOTHER TONGUE
U4IA is proud to support Mother Tongue, a new exhibition by Brisbane artist Eira-Shay Barker-Hart. Exploring healing, intuition, femininity and humanity’s connection to water, this immersive series of oil paintings blends emotional storytelling with organic textures and dreamlike imagery. Opening June 20th at 7 Avalon Parade, Miami.
BALCONY BASH VOL.2
U4IA joins Messy Fuzz & Riffs For A Reason for Balcony Bash Vol. 2, bringing live surfboard painting, art installations, workshops, merch and creative activations to The Balcony Coolangatta. Featuring a stacked lineup of local bands, live art and community culture, the event also raises funds and awareness for “For Kids In Care”.
BRISBANE Ü4!A MARKETS
U4IA Markets is coming to Brisbane City Skate.
A community focused creative market bringing together local artists, skaters, clothing brands, sticker makers, zines and independent creatives for an afternoon session in Milton.
Expect art, clothes, stickers, prints, handmade goods and more inside a space deeply connected to Brisbane skate culture.
This event is about supporting grassroots creativity, meeting people face to face and creating real world connection through art, skateboarding and community.

Ü4!A Exhibitions * Featuring Mari
U4IA Exhibitions launches at Gritty Garms with Mari as the first featured artist.
This new rotating gallery activation transforms the space into an evolving environment for local artists, live art and underground creative culture. Alongside featured works by Mari, multiple artists will be contributing live painting and creative installations throughout the store, including painted change rooms and evolving wall spaces.
Expect art, vintage clothing, coffee, live painting and community inside one immersive creative space.

THE MACEY SHOW

Macey Face is a Gold Coast–based artist whose identity remains hidden, but whose presence is impossible to ignore. His signature face has been scattered across the streets, built through fast, raw throw-ups, repetition, and one-take hand styles that capture the energy of real street culture.
This pop-up show brings that same unfiltered approach indoors - a rare chance to experience the work up close. From graffiti-driven pieces to stickers, clothing, hats, and accessories, Macey’s world extends beyond the wall into a full expression of underground creativity.
This isn’t polished gallery art - it’s raw, direct, and alive.
