U4IA Markets is a community focused creative market bringing together local artists, designers, skaters, sticker makers, clothing brands, zines and independent creatives for an afternoon session at Brisbane City Skate in Milton.
Built around DIY culture and grassroots creativity, the event aims to create a physical space for people to connect, showcase work and support independent artists directly. U4IA Markets draws influence from skate culture, underground publishing, street art, handmade goods and the wider creative communities growing throughout Brisbane and South East Queensland.
The market will feature a range of local creators selling and exhibiting artwork, clothing, stickers, prints, zines and other independent projects. More than just a traditional market, the afternoon is designed to feel like an open creative environment where artists, skaters, photographers, filmmakers, designers and collectors can all exist within the same space.
Hosted inside Brisbane City Skate, the event takes place in a venue already deeply connected to local skateboarding and youth culture. The location naturally brings together a strong community atmosphere and provides an authentic setting for a market built around creativity, individuality and self expression.
U4IA Markets is focused on creating real world connection in a time where so much creative culture exists online. The event encourages people to meet face to face, discover new artists, support small brands and engage directly with the people behind the work. Whether you’re coming to buy artwork, trade stickers, find new clothing brands, network with creatives or simply spend the afternoon around good people and good energy, the market is open to everyone.
